Leadership Santa Barbara County and Isla Vista Youth Projects have partnered to fund and build an outdoor classroom and playground at the IVYP facility and we need your help!

The Child Education Center's video on their Outdoor Classroom Project demonstrates the Isla Vista Youth Projects need for an expanded outdoor classroom environment.

Many people are unaware of the very positive impact that sophisticated outdoor play activity has on children's development, including their health, self-concept, and future school success.

The Outdoor Classroom Project's long-term outcome is to increase the quantity, quality, and benefit of outdoor experiences for young children in IVYP’s programs of early care and education.
